When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.
Once the order is placed, it takes 1 to 2 business days to dispatch after placing the order. Then 2-4 business days for it to get delivered. You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Yes, even if you don’t have a ChicFlare Account, you can still purchase our products as a guest, but we suggest to create an account.
However, when ordering as a guest, you will be required to enter accurate customer information in order to receive notifications on your order information.
