What is our Return & Refund Policy?

Our Return & Refund Policy at ChicFlair applies solely to products received in a damaged or incorrect condition. To initiate a return, you must provide an unedited/cropped unboxing video clearly showing the issue within 24 hours of receiving the item. We prioritize the satisfaction of our customers and aim to promptly replace or refund any affected products. Please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue and begin the return process. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth resolution.   

 

What is our Cancellation Policy?

If you need to cancel your order, click on the “cancel order” option in the order section of the website. Please be advised that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.

In case of refunds, we will only refund the product price. Delivery and handling charges will not be refunded.
